第一步，准备烧录软件usb burning tool，固件包年onething_recovery_V2.5.1，双公头USB线，镊子。

第二步，玩客云拆机取出主板，电脑上运行烧录软件，导入固件包，点击开始，usb双公头线连接电脑和玩客云上靠近HDMI的是USB口，左手拿着我爱网心云接头准备插电，右手拿着镊子短接EMMC芯片附近指定位置（根据自己的玩客云版本短接），当听到电脑上设备连接成功的提示音后松开镊子(正常情况通电3秒内就会有提示音)，烧录软件开始跑进度条。

第三步，等待烧录完成，点击停止，拔掉玩客云电源和USB线。再把玩客云主板安装归位盖上面板，插好移动硬盘，网线，电源线通电。

第四步，用电脑进入路由器管理界面查看DHCP客户端列表，找到玩客云的是IP地址，根据查到的是IP地址，输入192.168.2.102:9999(IP换成自己查到的)进入玩客云激活界面。激活码可以在网心APP购买，也可以通过关注网心云公众号获得。输入激活码后进入配置界面，因为前端有光猫或路由器拨号，这里可以保持默认不设置，如果玩客云准备桥接光猫拨号还需要输入宽带账号密码。整个激活过程不需要连接线HDMI线，观察玩客云指示灯即可，开机启动时白灯，正常运行蓝灯，未联网红灯，未连接硬盘是白灯。激活完成后，玩客云回自动联网升级，从2.5.1升级到3.4.3。打开网心APP点击右上角+号添加设备，复制粘贴刚才使用的激活码再点击添加设备。

通过以上四步，就完成了玩客云的刷机激活，接下来只需要等待APP里设备的状态更新。
